We connect German Companies and Global Capital

Germany is the world leader in hidden champions

Companies want to stay but seek capital to finance further growth

Investors from around the globe rediscover Germany

OUR MISSION: We bring both sides together

  • Germany Investment Opportunities (G.I.O.) is a firm that facilitates equity investments in companies to promote growth and strengthen their financing structures.
  • G.I.O. primarily works with foreign investors who have not previously been active in Germany and are interested in companies that have a solid growth story, are profitable, and are seeking new financing opportunities.
  • Our targets included:
    • Hidden champions: Highly profitable mid-sized companies seeking investment capital for further growth and succession
    • IInnovators: Successful young companies that have outgrown their startup status and are now seeking investors willing to finance R&D for innovations or the company’s expansion into new markets.
  • In this way, we bridge the gap between global financing capital and the German SME sector.
  • We offer our stakeholders experience and a network, trust, and a personal approach. On the one hand, we are not intimidated by big names – because we have been advising international financial institutions, industrial conglomerates, and corporate law firms on strategic issues for decades. On the other hand, we have grown up in small-town, middle-class environments. So, we understand what drives entrepreneurs from our own experience.
  • We combine down-to-earth practicality with global savvy.

Activities subject to CSSF financial regulation are not included in our range of services!
